Well This Is Going Good
Well this is going
good. Sorry it has been a few days, I am trying to decide how long in between to
blog, I am hoping to do it every couple days,. But as for the Favao, I do have to remind myself to eat but I am
sure I will get use to that and it will become more routine. Well I didn't get
heavy because I didn't eat. I just ate the wrong things for the wrong reason at
the wrong time. Never been much of a big eater and I do eat healthy, love my
raw veggies and fruit, but I would go all day and not eat then pick up a cookie
or chips or fries. But working with Favao and learning when to eat
how much and what to eat along with the Favao supplements will take some getting
use to. But well worth getting my eating habits to one that will work for me and
no more of this gaining and losing weight. I can get into a good eating pattern
and get my metabolism working the way it should. Question, Do I have to step on that scale
again. I did it a week ago, and when do you know when to step on the scale,
because some days you may weigh more. What if you pick Fridays, but on that
Friday the weight on the scale sucks then I have a do over and try again on
Saturday, hmmm just wondering. Well all
kidding aside I have stepped on the scale and have lost 12 pounds so far and
only 28 to go.
